Chef Tina DeJesus graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy where she learned the art of French cuisine. After going through an exasperating ten years of unhealthy eating and living she knew she needed to change her life around. During this transition, Tina became awaken to a whole another way of eating and living. She self-educated herself on nutrition and vegetarian cuisine mastering healthy eating.
Through Tina’s professional training in classic cuisine and career as a chef in fine dining as well as her own vegetarian cooking she learned to create recipes to suite any healthy lifestyle. She focuses on bringing out the natural flavors of basic ingredients. She is constantly learning and growing as each food trend comes and goes. The one thing that never changes is the quality and flavor her recipes bring to every meal.
