Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef David has over twenty years of professional cooking experience, with a good portion of that experience working on Private Estate, High-End Hampton Caters, Kosher Catering, Hotels, and Restaurant Owner. David grew up in Southampton and cooked in the Hamptons, NY, ST. Croix, USVI, Boston, MA, and Denver CO. Chef David lives all year-round in the Hamptons with his wife and two children.
David has experience in all aspects of private home settings, private events. Such as; private residents, restaurant opening’s, and catering events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, banquets, cocktail parties, fine dining- A La Carte
Work with the clients to meet the high standard on how the daily/weekly menus would be organized and how they would be presented, such as; plated, family style or buffet. Also made sure kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and kept the kitchen with high sanitation standards. David is very flexible on the need of my clients and their family members to meet their culinary and dietary needs.
Chef David is open to a year-round position and on call year round.
