Chef Thomas is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He started out cooking for members of the US Congress and later opened his own restaurants in Venice, Florida to great critical acclaim.
He is on-call for some of the most influential people in Florida and the Hamptons. Chef Thomas is a sought after chef often flying to NY or California just to cook for a night or two at a clip.
He is experienced is all aspects of American and organic cuisine, farm- and ocean-to-table. He is available in July and August of 2015.
