A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Dominic has over twenty years of professional cooking experience, with a good portion of that experience working on private yachts around the world. Chef Dominic spends half of each year in Florida and always spends his summers here in the Hamptons.
Chef Dominic has worked on over twenty-five mega yachts for over fifteen years. He worked aboard the 110’ mega yacht Waterford for six months, where he prepared over 1000 four-course meals for guests. According to the yacht’s Captain Sean Cabrey, Chef Dominic’s meals were:
of consistently very high quality, and he had no problem staying creative and inventive under such a heavy load. His timing (tricky in a program where meals are always multi-course affairs) was always impeccable. Most remarkable was his level of galley cleanliness, the likes of which I have never seen before or since. Especially when things were busy, Dom was a real asset to have on board.
